Barts Bucks LLC ("Barts Bucks," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This statement explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.

What We Collect

When you submit a loan request form on this website, we collect the information you provide, which may include: your name, phone number, and email address; information about your business or borrowing entity; credit-related information you provide (such as credit score estimates and credit history answers, and a credit report file if you choose to upload one); your experience, net worth, and liquidity as you report them; and details about the property, project, or funding you are seeking. If a Connector referred you to us, we also collect that Connector's name as you provide it. A credit report file you upload is sent to us by email with your form submission and is not stored on this website.

If you contact us by phone, email, or a scheduling link, we collect the contact information and message content you provide in that communication.

How We Use It

We use the information you submit to evaluate your loan or funding request, to match your request with lenders in our network, and to communicate with you about your request. As a lending broker, placing your request with lenders is the service you are asking us to perform.

Who We Share It With

We share your information with lenders and funding providers for the purpose of evaluating and placing your loan request, and with service providers who help us operate our business (such as form processing, email, and scheduling tools) only as needed for that purpose. We do not sell your personal information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Website Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this website, such as pages viewed, clicks, and general device and browser information. Microsoft Clarity may set cookies for that purpose. These analytics tools never run on our loan request form pages, and nothing you enter into a form is recorded by them.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email below. If you no longer want us to work on a request you submitted, tell us and we will stop and remove your information from our active files, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.
